On Saturday, the 55 year-old actress attended the Farrah Fawcett Foundation’s Tex-Mex Fiesta in Beverly Hills.

Pictured with good friend Alana Stewart, it was a rare public appearance for Heather Locklear since taking “time for herself” this year. Rumors swirled that she was in rehab for the fifth time after suffering a breakdown, but that has yet to be substantiated.

She released a statement in January addressing the rumors by saying she was “feeling great” and “taking steps to enrich and better my life.” “Currently, I am working on tying up some loose ends regarding certain issues, so I can hit 2017 full steam ahead,” the statement continued. Hopefully, she’s on the road to recovery and regaining her health and happiness. Based on these pictures, she’s seen better days though. Why not stay out of the spotlight for good?
